Office parking is a daily headache: too few spots, no idea who’s actually coming in, and EV chargers that sit occupied long after the battery is full. Chark started as a platform we built and run to solve exactly that, and it worked well enough to become a standalone Inuits spin-off.

How it works

Employees reserve a parking spot in two clicks. When they’re on leave, off sick or working from home, Chark automatically frees their spot for someone else, so capacity follows real demand instead of standing empty. No spreadsheets, no manual juggling by a facility manager.
